Testimonials
“The Suite of Tools™ provided us with a series of actionable steps to help us understand our child's strengths and interests. The time, patience, and thought put into the process by the team was impressive. The team explained in very clear terms the hows and whys of the process, and this empowered us to engage the process in the most meaningful way that will bear fruit for our child in both the short and long terms.”

“Dr. Rivera and her team were easy to work with, and the process went smoothly for us and our son. It was so rare to speak about our son's strengths at length with anyone outside of our family and to know that someone was focusing on his strengths was an incredible relief. They identified areas for enrichment as well as practical strategies for implementation while at school. Their strength-based report helped the school see our son in a different way, allowing for more flexibility within his day. We could not be more grateful to Dr. Rivera and her team!”

Our Process
The Suite of Tools™ protocol includes four tools purposefully designed to elicit information about student interests, moments of personal best, challenges, goals, learning and personality preferences.
1
After an intake interview, you are matched with a highly qualified case manager who will work with your learner and family, using an innovative and enjoyable process to identify your child’s strengths and talents –– and bringing in school, and community members, as appropriate.
2
Next, the case manager will collate the findings collected during the process that will be shared in a collaborative meeting. Each ally will participate in creating opportunities that will then enrich and support your child’s unique strengths and help them develop, take root, and thrive.
3
Finally, the Case Manager will document all of the findings and suggestions in a detailed report complete with recommendations for implementation. At a final meeting, you will meet with your case manager to create a talent development plan designed to support your child’s strengths.
In addition, your family is left with a full heart, a fresh perspective, and an energized understanding of your unique child that will ripple out positively through their lifetime.
